I am one of Melbourne’s most experienced criminal lawyers. Over the years, I have represented the Accused in some of Australia’s most sensational cases.
I represent people subject to all types of charges in all of the Courts, and always at a reasonable fee. It would always be wise to see me before engaging another lawyer.
I have appeared as Counsel in countless trials over a long period. When you come to choose a solicitor to represent you, you should ask that lawyer how many times the lawyer has personally addressed a jury. Any solicitor can delegate a trial to a barrister. The reality is that very few solicitors have actually appeared as Counsel in a jury trial. Remember, if I was to brief a barrister, you then have two experienced practitioners to help you in what will probably be the biggest crisis in your life.
I have also spent a lot of time helping international students and recent migrants with criminal and driving offences. Many of these clients have come from China, India, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam and have encountered problems with the law and need a lawyer who is understanding. I take pride in helping all my clients.
